Blue Chip Analytics treats the following as corrections requiring prompt action:
Differences of analytical interpretation - for example, disagreement with how a power rating weights certain variables - are not corrections. Those questions are better directed to the methodology hub or the contact page.
Core data on Blue Chip Analytics - ratings, weather values, travel calculations, and spread comparisons - is generated by deterministic Python pipelines. When a data error is identified, the pipeline is corrected and affected pages are regenerated. The corrected values replace the previous values on the live page.
Model changes - changes to how ratings or calculations are constructed - are reflected on the methodology page, which always describes the model currently in use rather than a history of it. Where a factor's magnitude is published, the methodology and tool pages state whether it was measured against results or extrapolated from a measured value, so a reader can tell how much weight a given number carries. We do not maintain a versioned changelog.
Significant factual corrections, where a published value or claim was materially wrong, are noted on the affected page with a brief description of what changed and when. Minor data refreshes and routine pipeline updates are not individually noted.
